Microreader™ 19X ID System uses a 5-dye fluorescent technology and a co-amplification method to detect 20 loci, including 19 X-STR loci, and Amelogenin. It is suitable for X chromosome genetic tracking and is an effective supplement to normal autosomal STR kit.

Introduction
